It appears a tentative deal has been reached between Beacon Communities and Equity Residential to preserve approximately 41 units of affordable housing in Amherst. With help from Amherst Town meeting, Beacon will purchase Rolling Green. Hopefully more details of this significant project will emerge shortly.
